The DFW series Cable Distribution box is designed for outdoor use and features a completely sealed structure, achieving an impressive IP33 protection rating. Constructed with high-quality stainless steel, the cable joint bracket ensures durability, while the external form is crafted from robust 2mm stainless steel plate.
Internally, the box is divided into a bus room and cable bin by the cable warehouse roof. The bus room, enclosed by 2mm thick steel plate, is a sealed compartment. Positioned at the upper section of the bus room, the cable joint bracket supports the bushing, which securely anchors the cable joint. The inter-phase distance between cable joints is precisely set at 180mm.
In the case of the arrester type, the arrester is strategically positioned at the cable connector's end. Furthermore, the bus room is equipped with both short circuit indicators and live displays. All live components within the bus room undergo meticulous treatment with silicone rubber insulation for utmost safety.
Located in the lower portion of the bus room, the cable warehouse serves as the conduit for cable entry and exit. Here, cable fixing clamps and grounding terminals are provided for secure installation.
